The opportunity: This is a critical opportunity for a Senior Recruiter, Product & Design to join our growing team and significantly impact Stepful's ability to scale our Product Management and Product Design teams. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent—the architects and builders of our innovative educational platform—directly contributing to the expansion of our reach and impact. Success in this role will be measured by hiring high-quality members for our Product and Design teams while hitting our time-to-fill targets, being a strategic partner for our hiring managers, and taking a proactive approach to candidate engagement. While your primary focus will be on Product, the expectation is that you will support non-Product roles as the business needs. This is a Hybrid opportunity, requiring 3 days/week (Tues-Thur) in our SoHo office in NYC. This role reports to the Technical Recruiting Lead.
