The opportunity: This is a critical opportunity for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team and significantly impact Stepful's ability to scale our Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top technical talent, directly contributing to the development of our innovative educational platform and the expansion of our reach. Success in this role will be measured by hiring quality members to our technical teams while hitting our time to fill targets, being a strategic partner for our hiring managers, and taking a proactive approach to candidate engagement. This is a Hybrid opportunity, requiring 3 days/week (Tues-Thur) in our SoHo office in NYC. This role reports to the Technical Recruiting Lead. What you’ll do: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy: Infrastructure & Process Improvement: What you’ll bring: 5+ years of dedicated technical recruiting experience, ideally with a blend of agency and in-house recruitment exposure. Proven track record of successfully hiring across various technical roles, including engineering, product, data, and design, preferably within high-growth startup environments. Exceptional sourcing skills, demonstrating creativity in finding and engaging top-tier talent, and familiarity with sourcing automations, AI-powered tools, and other recruiting technologies to enhance efficiency and reach. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. A detail-oriented and process-minded approach, coupled with a deep commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining high hiring quality. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
