Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on support for enterprise Asset Management applications, serving as a primary point of contact for business users to troubleshoot issues and ensure effective system utilization. • Triage and resolve system and data issues by performing SQL-based analysis, validating data, and identifying root causes in coordination with IT and vendor partners. • Partner closely with field operations, Asset Management, and other business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather context, and translate operational needs into system improvements. • Support testing, validation, and implementation of system fixes, enhancements, and new functionality, ensuring solutions meet business needs and operational workflows. • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, helping to prioritize issues, communicate impacts, and ensure alignment on solutions. • Analyze system usage and operational processes to recommend and support innovative solutions that improve how applications and data enable business outcomes. • Develop and maintain documentation, including job aids, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures to improve user adoption and consistency. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. • 3–7 years of experience in an Application Analyst, Support Analyst, or similar role. • Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries for analysis and troubleshooting. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment. • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into system or data solutions. • Experience supporting an enterprise application (Asset Management, ERP, CMMS, or similar preferred). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting a fleet organization preferred. • Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-enabled development tools preferred.
