Job Responsibilities: • Project Execution - Meet project requirements (kick-off meetings, deadline management, client status reporting and other necessary project communication, and coordinate with the various operational teams) to deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget and at the highest quality standards. • Internal Collaboration - Responsible for working with internal operational groups throughout the projects’ lifecycles and coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives. • Client Communication - Respond to client communications timely and accurately; understand client needs and feedback, collaborate and consult with clients and/or support project management team in doing so; follow up and communicate client's needs internally. • Reporting & Documentation – Provide project reporting, perform analysis of reporting to ensure quality and contextualize results for client, draft project telephone scripts and website text, assist in development of business rules. • Project Coordinators will work with the Project Managers in Client Services as well as other operational departments to continually enhance service quality standards to meet and/or exceed client expectations. This position is responsible for fostering a team environment and building cooperation between client services team members, and other departments to provide the highest quality service standards • A critical component of the job is to manage and resolve complex tasks.
