We are Hiring! Our key client is hiring and looking to add a Remote Senior RPA Developer to their team. Please check the description below and reach out to us for more details if you are interested. Pay Rate: $36.40/hour on W2 Work Type: Remote - Raleigh, NC 27617 Duration: 8-month contract (with possible extension) Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities. • Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and workflows using Blue Prism. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. • Maintain and optimize existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability. • Debug and troubleshoot automation issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Document automation processes, including workflows, scripts, and technical specifications. Must-have Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • At least 5-7 years’ experience in the RPA field. Nice-to-have Skills:  • Experience with DevOps pipelines and integration of automation tools. • Familiarity with IT process optimization and enterprise automation strategies. Required Soft Skills: • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
