Customer and Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as the senior technical executive during customer onboarding and escalation events, ensuring communication and responsiveness. • Represent IT in commercial discussions to align technical feasibility with client expectations. • Maintain strong partnerships with client IT teams, ensuring successful integrations with PACS, RIS, EHR, voice, and ancillary systems. • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to ensure long-term client satisfaction with deployed technologies. Program and People Leadership • Lead a high-performing team of technical delivery managers, solution architects, and application support specialists. • Develop team capabilities around clinical application deployment, scripting, automation, integration, and customer engagement. • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to implementation timelines, issue resolution, uptime, and customer satisfaction. • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across all technical delivery touchpoints. • Provide ongoing coaching and career development for direct reports and emerging leaders. Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement • Establish governance and operational standards for deployment playbooks, documentation, validation procedures, and change management. • Partner with support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and tiered support for clinical IT applications. • Monitor implementation and support metrics, performing root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement. • Lead retrospectives and create feedback loops from delivery and support teams back into the product lifecycle. • Identify and resolve barriers to scale, including process gaps, tooling limitations, or resource constraints. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles within healthcare or radiology environments. • Proven experience overseeing large-scale deployments of clinical systems (e.g., PACS, RIS, Voice Recognition, HL7/DICOM). • Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams and complex cross-functional programs. • Deep understanding of healthcare IT standards, privacy and security regulations, and interoperability challenges. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with executive presence. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; data-driven mindset. • Experience building and leading support organizations and service delivery frameworks. • Track record of aligning IT capabilities with commercial and operational business needs. COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $225,000-$275,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
