Description & Requirements Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President of Commercial IT Delivery and Clinical Application Support provides executive oversight for the deployment, integration, and support of clinical IT solutions and products across Radiology Partners' commercial portfolio. This role ensures the strategic alignment of technical delivery with business goals, supporting scalable implementation and exceptional customer satisfaction. The VP partners across sales, product, IT operations, and clinical stakeholders to deliver world-class, technology-driven services to clients. The ideal candidate has deep domain expertise in radiology IT systems, enterprise deployments, and the post-sale lifecycle of complex healthcare technologies. This role requires visionary leadership, rigorous program execution, and a commitment to operational excellence. WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS • Competitive Benefits package - Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. • Compensation Reviews, Career Growth Opportunities • Flexible Remote Schedules • Generous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays • Proudly Certified as a Great Place to Work for Five Consecutive Years POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic IT Oversight and Commercial Delivery • Define and lead the IT strategy for deploying commercial clinical applications, aligning with Radiology Partners' business and technology roadmap. • Provide executive oversight across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle-from technical planning and integration to post-deployment support. • Lead cross-functional governance to ensure delivery consistency, technical scalability, and risk mitigation. • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that improve deployment velocity, system performance, or client experience. • Partner with product and engineering to influence development roadmaps based on field feedback and implementation realities. • Develop standards and frameworks for application rollout, system configuration, environment readiness, and support transitions. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as the senior technical executive during customer onboarding and escalation events, ensuring communication and responsiveness. • Represent IT in commercial discussions to align technical feasibility with client expectations. • Maintain strong partnerships with client IT teams, ensuring successful integrations with PACS, RIS, EHR, voice, and ancillary systems. • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to ensure long-term client satisfaction with deployed technologies. Program and People Leadership • Lead a high-performing team of technical delivery managers, solution architects, and application support specialists. • Develop team capabilities around clinical application deployment, scripting, automation, integration, and customer engagement. • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to implementation timelines, issue resolution, uptime, and customer satisfaction. • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across all technical delivery touchpoints. • Provide ongoing coaching and career development for direct reports and emerging leaders. Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement • Establish governance and operational standards for deployment playbooks, documentation, validation procedures, and change management. • Partner with support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and tiered support for clinical IT applications. • Monitor implementation and support metrics, performing root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement. • Lead retrospectives and create feedback loops from delivery and support teams back into the product lifecycle. • Identify and resolve barriers to scale, including process gaps, tooling limitations, or resource constraints. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles within healthcare or radiology environments. • Proven experience overseeing large-scale deployments of clinical systems (e.g., PACS, RIS, Voice Recognition, HL7/DICOM). • Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams and complex cross-functional programs. • Deep understanding of healthcare IT standards, privacy and security regulations, and interoperability challenges. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with executive presence. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; data-driven mindset. • Experience building and leading support organizations and service delivery frameworks. • Track record of aligning IT capabilities with commercial and operational business needs. COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $225,000-$275,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
