POSITION SUMMARY: Radiology Partners is currently seeking an experienced Practice Director to join our team of practice management professionals in the Houston, TX area to grow and create a strong local practice in the market. This role is a unique opportunity to help build and lead a growing practice. In addition, it is an outstanding opportunity for the practice management professional who desires a broader business consultative role by servicing hospital-based physician groups. As the Practice Director, you will act as the primary relationship manager and leader for our physician client groups. You will be responsible for building effective, service driven relationships and providing innovative business solutions to complex matters in their practice. The Practice Director is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership and customer satisfaction of the practice. Candidate must be located in/around the Houston, TX for client and site visits. WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS: • Competitive Benefits package – Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. • Compensation Reviews, Career Growth Opportunities • Flexible Remote Schedules • Generous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays • Proudly Certified as a Great Place to Work for Five Consecutive Years POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead the radiology practice and collaborate with physicians and business development for strategic growth. • Oversee radiologist scheduling, new hires, licensing, credentialing, and resolve any scheduling issues. • Manage and implement quality programs, ensure billing compliance, and monitor practice metrics. • Maintain client relationships, communicate practice performance, and support a team-oriented environment. • Develop and adhere to budgets, coordinate with IT for system support, and facilitate internal meetings. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Candidate must be located in/around the Houston, TX for client and site visits. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; MHA or MBA is a plus. 5+ years in management, healthcare administration, or radiology; private practice experience preferred. • Experience managing physicians and physician relationships. • Experience managing and leading a team. • Experience in Radiology highly preferred. • Experience in accounting, finance, and Excel modeling with multiple variables. • Proven track record of working closely with physicians and customer relationship management. • Strong leadership, detail orientation, process design, and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
