CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER - POSITION SUMMARY: Define and articulate a compelling, long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap that aligns with company strategy, accelerates revenue growth, and delivers measurable clinical and financial value to customers. Lead the product organization, including product management, UX/UI, product marketing, and insights/analytics teams; build, mentor, and scale high-performing, cross-functional product teams. Champion relentless, customer-centric innovation by embedding deep stakeholder insights (clinicians, health systems, patients) into every phase, fostering experimentation, and leading the development of differentiated features that deliver superior clinical and financial outcomes. End-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, driving disciplined execution through discovery-to-delivery processes, cross-functional alignment, and metrics-focused governance to ensure releases consistently meet timelines, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives (e.g., ARR targets, NRR >110%, high adoption rates). Partner with Engineering, Regulatory, and GTM leaders to execute with excellence across the SDLC, balancing strategic bets on innovation with pragmatic delivery of high-value increments that reduce churn, accelerate time-to-value, and generate measurable impact for customers and the organization. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 12+ years of progressive product leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in senior product roles (VP Product, Head of Product, or CPO) at B2B SaaS companies; digital health, health tech, or medical imaging tech-experience strongly preferred. Proven track record of building and scaling successful SaaS product portfolios in complex, regulated markets, with demonstrated impact on revenue growth, customer retention, and market share. Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare ecosystem dynamics, including payers, providers, value-based care models, clinical workflows, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape (HIPAA, FDA SaMD, interoperability standards). Proven leadership in high-velocity environments: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional product organizations through periods of rapid growth, ambiguity, and change—successfully scaling teams, processes, and product portfolios while delivering consistent execution in fast-paced, dynamic settings typical of innovative health tech companies. Experience with AI/ML-enabled healthcare solutions, PACS/Imaging, clinical decision support, or data analytics platforms. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
