This role partners closely with internal Operations and Construction teams, as well as third-party engineering firms, to support new facility development and drive performance, reliability, and efficiency improvements at operating sites. What You'll Be Doing: • Lead engineering support for new RNG facility development in collaboration with external engineering firms, technology providers, and equipment vendors. • Partner with Operations and Plant teams to improve safety, efficiency, and production performance at existing RNG facilities. • Support short- and long-term planning, budgeting, and coordination across the RNG asset portfolio. • Assist with the evaluation and execution of new RNG project opportunities. • Manage engineering contractors and consultants, working closely with Construction and Operations leadership to deliver projects from concept through completion. • Coordinate with strategic partners and third-party service providers. • Prepare reports and support special projects for senior leadership. • Collaborate with compliance teams to support data collection and timely regulatory reporting. Lead project controls activities including managing cost, schedule, risk, and performance data for multiple renewable energy projects and providing actionable reporting to senior leadership. | 8+ years in project controls or related fields in renewable energy or infrastructure, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, PMP certification preferred, and proficiency with project management tools and advanced Excel. | The Role We are seeking an experienced Manager, Project Controls to lead project controls activities for a portfolio of renewable energy projects as they advance from late-stage development into construction. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of project schedules, budgets, and performance tracking while driving accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
