Our Newest Opportunity: The PMO Manager oversees the development and consistent execution of PMO standards, processes, frameworks and coaching of the EPMO Team. This role oversees the full portfolio of projects for the internal corporate initiatives, ensures operational excellence, and drives strategic alignment to corporate strategies. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $120,000 to $130,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. This position requires the consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment in applying and interpreting Company policies, and implementing operational improvements related to the Company’s financial well-being. The Agency Bill Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing accounting processes to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of financial operations. This role is also responsible for collaborating with other departments and stakeholders on financial matters. The attorney in this role provides guidance on the Advisers Act, federal and state securities laws, privacy regulations, and operational risk considerations, ensuring that advisory activities, disclosures, marketing, and business practices align with regulatory expectations and internal standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to): · Draft, review, and maintain advisory client agreements, disclosures, and regulatory documents for RIA services. · Provide legal counsel on the Advisers Act, including fiduciary duty, advertising/marketing rules, custody considerations, Form ADV requirements, and conflicts of interest. · Advise on broker‑dealer considerations where applicable, including dual‑registrant interactions and product‑related regulatory obligations. · Support the CCO, Corporate Counsel, and Outside Counsel in litigation, regulatory inquiries, examination responses, and dispute resolution. · Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on SEC, FINRA, and state regulatory developments. · Partner with internal teams on marketing review, intellectual property questions, privacy and data-sharing matters (GLBA/Reg S‑P), cybersecurity governance, and incident‑response obligations. · Assist in the preparation, submission, and management of errors & omissions insurance, fidelity bonds, and other regulatory/insurance filings. · Provide training and periodic updates to Senior Leadership, Compliance, and relevant practice groups regarding new securities regulations and best practices. · Participate in due diligence and integration efforts for acquisitions related to investment advisory or broker‑dealer businesses. · Collaborate with the Compliance Department and leaders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. · Perform other duties assigned by the CCO or Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. Key Responsibilities: • New Services/Product Launch: Participate as the analyst for any new services or products, ensuring all aspects of the launch and support are successful and meet quality standards. • Quality Assurance: Ensure new services/products meet established expectations for quality of service and operational efficiency. • Process Mapping: Own the mapping for all operational processes, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and accessible to all teams. • Operational Metrics Evaluation: Evaluate key operational metrics, including efficiency and productivity reports, to identify areas of improvement and focus. • Operational Evaluation: Assess and analyze operational workflows throughout all stages of our service delivery processes. • Process Improvement: Identify areas where operational efficiency can be improved and recommend changes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. • Loss Evaluations: Conduct evaluations of operational losses to understand the reasons and analyze trends. • Data Analysis: Track and analyze operational data to identify patterns and areas for improvement. • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on operational performance and loss evaluations, presenting findings to management. • Action Planning: Develop and implement action plans to address identified issues and improve operational efficiency and client retention. • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to operational improvement. • Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain a feedback loop with internal teams to continuously gather insights and improve processes. Qualifications: • Education/Expertise: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance, financial services, PEO, or HR consulting industries. Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: The Lead Technical Business Analyst is a senior operational subject matter expert (SME) within the Business Solutions team. This key role will lead requirements across multiple business groups involving a diverse set of stakeholders leading to the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives at OneDigital The Lead Technical Business Analyst will work alongside the data and reporting team, primarily focusing on the Company’s Master Data Management (MDM) project and will interact regularly with various cross business teams including finance, marketing, L+D, and operations. The Technical Lead Technical Business Analyst will act as a critical advisor to the team, providing deep functional expertise in the work plan, standards, processes, and change management efforts. The Technical Lead Technical Business Analyst shapes leadership and stakeholder expectations and scope related to our product and related projects. To be successful in this role, this person must have a broad knowledge of industry best practices, a blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and must be able to proactively identify potential project risks to advise and consult with stakeholders on risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies. The Lead Technical Business Analyst will report to the Director of Product Management and work closely with the Senior Director of Data, Analytics, and Integrations and other Business Solutions teams members to ensure the work items are on track through attendance of standups and other Agile ceremonies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business areas through interactions with stakeholders to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements. Help to resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalating issues where appropriate. Create artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, technical documentation, journey maps and process flows. Support IT teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions. Build and maintain relationships with and articulate technical concepts to key stakeholders. Identify innovative ways to increase stakeholder satisfaction. Support Business Solutions initiatives by maintaining and updating requirements and ensuring that targets and deadlines are met. Act as a liaison between leadership, the business and IT groups. Assist in meeting coordination, documentation, follow-ups, summaries, and action items to provide clear ownership and accountability. Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within our Business Solutions applications. Create and present reports, dashboards, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations. Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions. Ability to lead others to articulate additional possibly hidden needs. Ability to manage work on multiple projects with competing priorities. Knowledge of D365, Smartsheet, ADO, and SAFE Agile methodology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, AzureDevOps, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education, Training and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT, or any related field, nice to have. Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience in data management, or a related field, with a focus on MDM projects Proven working knowledge of data management concepts, including data governance, data quality, data modeling, and data integration. Direct exposure to data management and/or Master Data Management program implementations. Proven experience working with leadership and stakeholders. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $110,000 to $115,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
