Our Newest Opportunity: Growth Marketing Senior Specialist OneDigital’s growing and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in an integrated, digital, content, design and results-focused marketing environment. You will take a lead role in supporting market-focused initiatives and work closely with our national marketing team to help develop and deliver strategies and assets for OneDigital’s insurance, HR, and financial services solutions. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a variety of marketing projects—including building the brand, managing campaigns to drive lead generation, developing thought leadership content, planning and executing industry events, developing print collaterals and website messaging, and optimizing marketing automation activities. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to help design and deliver effective prospect client experiences that drive business growth. The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will support the Growth Marketing team and report to the Director of Growth Marketing, while also serving as a resource and informal mentor to junior team members. This role requires a thorough baseline understanding of OneDigital’s various businesses to support various growth activities across the region. In this role, you will: • Take a lead role in executing strategic marketing plans and regional growth initiatives, supporting the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborating with peers. • Independently develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, design, and execution across platforms such as HubSpot, On24, etc. • Supports and executes the growth strategy aspects marketing-led events, including best practices and execution for leveraging events for prospecting, working in partnership with the regional event marketer • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored, high-impact RFP responses and proposals aligned with client needs. • Lead the creation and delivery of persuasive finalist presentations in partnership with producers and sales teams. • Responsible for conducting 1-1 trainings and consultations with producers regarding sales and marketing tool resources and support, especially new producers • Support lead generation and sales opportunities by providing insights, data, and strategic recommendations to producers and sales teams. • Take ownership of regional content development for various marketing channels, including website, blogs, social media, and print collateral. • Edit and update website content, including blogs and press releases, to ensure timely and relevant communication. • Provide sales tool support and execution, specifically with platforms like Seismic and Covideo. • Manage and respond to marketing request form tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of internal marketing needs. • Collaborate with sales, client services, and IT to manage, maintain, scrub, and renew data for digital marketing deliverables. • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices, and share findings with the team. • Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards. • Manage sponsorships and partnerships by identifying opportunities, coordinating agreements, and ensuring successful execution and ROI tracking. • Manage growth marketing interns or junior marketers, providing development and coaching opportunities The ideal candidate: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and events. • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Seismic, Covideo, and website content management systems. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic design principles. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $55,000 to $65,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
