Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate communication between clients, Network & System Engineers, and vendors to prevent gaps and delays. • Coordinate and schedule maintenance windows, migrations, PC refreshes, application reinstalls, and other IT projects across multiple clients. • Handle client notifications, approvals, and updates regarding downtime and planned changes. • Track and manage engineering team workloads, ensuring visibility and timely completion of tasks. • Utilize tools such as ConnectWise, MS Project, and Excel to manage projects, tickets, and documentation. • Maintain a proactive approach in a high-velocity MSP environment, suggesting improvements and addressing challenges before escalation. Project Exposure: Includes Azure cloud migrations and deployments, server and network migrations, data center work, firewall management, VMware virtualization, and NOC operations.

Provide daily supervision and direction to staff. • Solution Design – Define the overall architecture for Epic RevCycle (scheduling, registration, billing, claims, payments) and how modules fit together. • Integration & Interoperability – Ensure smooth data flow between clinical Epic modules (e.g., inpatient/ambulatory) and RevCycle modules (HB/PB, Tapestry, etc.), plus external systems (clearinghouses, ERP, payers). • Revenue Cycle Optimization – Design workflows to reduce denials, improve charge capture, accelerate billing, and strengthen collections. • Configuration Oversight – Guide analysts on build/configuration of Epic modules to match organizational policies, payer contracts, and compliance needs. • Governance & Standards – Establish best practices, ensure adherence to Epic guidelines, regulatory standards (HIPAA, CMS, payer rules), and enterprise IT frameworks. • Stakeholder Alignment – Partner with clinical, finance, and IT leaders to align revenue cycle technology with business strategy. • Mentorship – Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) guiding analysts, builders, and sometimes vendor/consultant teams.
