Product Specialist – Decision Science Ecosystem (DSE) Location: Remote (St. Louis, MO preferred) Type: Long-term W2 Contract Pay: $50.00–$54.00/hour (benefits and PTO may be offered depending on rate) Overview Bayer is seeking a Product Specialist to support its internally developed Decision Science Ecosystem (DSE) platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with users, supporting adoption, and acting as the bridge between business users and product teams. The DSE platform is new and expected to be supported long-term, making this a stable, ongoing opportunity. What You’ll Do • Serve as the face of the product for end users • Provide user support and respond to questions (low-level support) • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation • Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings • Gather user feedback and advocate for product improvements • Partner with upstream and downstream teams across multiple Bayer tools and platforms What We’re Looking For • Experience in a Product Specialist, Product Operations, Application Support, or Product Enablement role • Strong communication and people skills • Comfort working with data, analytics, or cloud-based platforms at a conceptual level • Ability to support and train users on internal enterprise tools • Experience working in large, corporate or enterprise environments Nice to Have • Exposure to data science, analytics, BI, or decision science tools • Experience supporting internally developed platforms • Background working with distributed or global teams Additional Details • W2 only (no C2C, no sponsorship now or in the future) • Long-term role with no defined end date Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
