We are searching for a motivated, hungry and experienced sales executive to focus on expanding our healthcare and pharmaceutical packaging solutions across the Southeast Region of the USA. (This position is remote and open to candidates across the Southeast of the USA). Duties and Responsibilities • Drive sales and onboard new customers, focusing 80% of efforts on new business within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. • Prospect and engage potential clients, identifying key decision-makers. • Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with customers. • Manage a starting portfolio, negotiating and overseeing customer contracts to meet sales targets. • Analyze customer portfolios, monitoring key metrics like sales vs. budget and sales growth. • Develop and implement territory business plans; track actions and meet deadlines. • Travel approximately 50% throughout the Southeast, visiting current and prospective customers. • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and supplier summits as required. Required skills and qualifications • 5-10 years of sales experience in the labels & packaging industry, with a focus on secondary packaging such as labels, inserts and folding cartons. • Experience selling labels is a requirement. • Significant experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical markets is preferred. • Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and acquiring new business. • Energetic, self-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
