Mackenzie Stuart is currently partnered with a leading Healthcare company who are searching for a Human Resources Director. The HR Director will play a vital leadership role in fostering a supportive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture within the organisation. This individual is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives. This role partners with leadership to build a supportive, engaged, and high-performing workplace aligned with our mission of compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Payroll & HR Operations • Oversee accurate payroll and benefits administration • Maintain compliant and confidential HR records Talent Acquisition & Onboarding • Manage recruiting, hiring, and staffing needs • Lead onboarding programs for new employees Training & Development • Identify training needs and deliver programs • Ensure compliance with required certifications Employee Relations & Engagement • Advise leadership and staff on HR matters • Promote employee engagement and retention Culture & Organizational Development • Drive a positive, mission-focused culture • Support workforce and succession planning Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 3–8 years of HR experience • Healthcare or Hospitality experience is a plus • Strong knowledge of HR law, payroll, and compliance • Excellent communication and leadership skills
