Manage and optimize CRM systems, support users, develop reports, and coordinate system integrations. | Minimum 2 years of CRM support experience, proficiency in platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, and good analytical and communication skills. | Description Lipari Foods is seeking a remote CRM Manager (Occasional travel to our corporate office Warren, MI may be necessary). This newly created position is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the HubSpot CRM and other digital tools (Compass, CCaaS Solution, etc...) to ensure they effectively support business goals in sales, marketing, and customer service. Someone that understands workflows and can work between Sales, Marketing, and customer service. Key Responsibilities • System Management & Maintenance: Administer day-to-day operations, including system monitoring, and staying current on system updates and new features. • User Support & Training: Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related issues, providing technical support, troubleshooting problems, and developing and delivering training materials and sessions for new and existing users. • Customization & Configuration: Tailor the system to meet specific business needs as the business changes. This includes creating new fields, dashboards, and workflows. • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into customer interactions, sales trends, and overall business performance, supporting data-driven decision-making. • Integration Management: Coordinate the integration of the CRM with other internal business systems and third-party applications (e.g., marketing automation tools, ERP systems, CCaaS solution) to ensure seamless data flow. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Required Qualifications and Skills • Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred. • Experience: Typically, a minimum of two years of experience in a CRM administration or support role; preferably with HubSpot or Rales Force • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in specific CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and other digital platforms. • Understanding of database concepts and principles, with potential proficiency in SQL or basic scripting languages like JavaScript or Apex, depending on the platform. • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. • Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role manages all aspects of warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, selection, put-away, sanitation, and inventory control. The Warehouse Operations Manager provides leadership and direction to team members, drives adherence to company policies and procedures, and ensures accuracy, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: 1.
