Prepare and review components of federal taxable income, including the calculation of complex book-tax differences. Compile and analyze data for key state tax estimates, including apportionment, blended tax rates, state modifications and attribute utilization schedules. Assist in the preparation of our quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations pursuant to ASC 740. Assist with researching and responding to audit inquiries from taxing authorities, as necessary. Prepare tax account reconciliations and proofs to support our federal and state income tax balances. Aid in gathering, documenting, and supporting the testing of all relevant SOX controls. Perform tax research and document technical analyses as requested.
