Job Title: Solution Architect, MRP (Costpoint) Job Code: 28275 Job Location: Melbourne, FL; Remote; Salt Lake City, UT; or Rochester, NY Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked - and have every other Friday off Job Description: Solution Architect specializing in enabling design, development, deployment and operational support of production planning functionality. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions: • Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test Deltek Costpoint Production Planning, providing expert guidance on best practices. • Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for Deltek Costpoint Production Planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Support the implementation and ongoing support of production planning functionality for large Deltek Costpoint projects, including system upgrades, and enhancements. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows. • Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for Deltek Costpoint production planning, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues. • Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements. • Stay current with new technologies, especially within Deltek Costpoint, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. • Minimum of 9 years of experience with Deltek Costpoint, with a proven track record of successful system support. Preferred Additional Skills: • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation. • Strong technical background in business operations - tools and processes. • Experience working within ERP applications, with emphasis on production planning. • Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $137,000-$254,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $119,000-$221,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
