Manage materials flow and supplier readiness for new compute, storage, and networking platforms, coordinating schedules and inventory across engineering, sourcing, and operations. | Requires at least five years in materials management or hardware program operations in a data center or hyperscale environment, a bachelor's degree, and hands-on BOM, inventory, and vendor experience. | About IREN IREN is building the infrastructure behind the next era of AI. We design, build, and operate massive-scale data centers, and we’re racing to deploy some of the largest fleets of GPU and CPU compute on the planet. This isn’t incremental growth — it’s a full-throttle sprint to power the frontier of AI and high-performance computing. Our Technical Sourcing team sits at the center of that mission, securing the compute, services, and partnerships that let IREN move faster than anyone else in the industry. The Role IREN is looking for a NPI Materials Manager, Compute, Storage & Networking Platforms to own the materials flow behind every new platform we evaluate before it goes into production. When Engineering wants to test a new GPU server, qualify a CPU platform, validate a storage array, or bring up a new switch and optics generation from an OEM, you make sure the right hardware, in the right configuration, with every accessory it needs, is on the lab or data center floor on time. You’ll be the connective tissue between Engineering, Technical Program Management, Technical Sourcing, Data Center Operations, and our OEM and silicon partners. NPI hardware rarely follows the normal purchase order path — it’s samples, loaners, early-access units, and pre-production configs with changing BOMs — and you’ll build the process discipline that lets IREN run more qualification programs in parallel without anything falling through the cracks. If you like being the person who always knows exactly where every unit is and when the next one lands, this is the seat for you. * Own the end-to-end materials plan for every NPI program: GPU and CPU servers, storage platforms, network switches, NICs, optics and transceivers, cabling, racks, PDUs, and the spares, test fixtures, and ancillary gear engineering needs alongside them. * Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Managers to translate test, qualification, and validation plans into concrete material requirements, quantities, configurations, and need-by dates. * Drive the supplier engagement and material readiness strategy for sample, early-access, and pre-production hardware across OEMs, ODMs, and distributors; negotiate and manage loaner and evaluation-unit agreements, extensions, returns, and conversion paths to support accelerated platform qualification and production readiness. * Build and own the NPI materials schedule across concurrent programs; surface risk early and drive mitigation when lead times slip, allocations shift, or configurations change mid-program. * Coordinate inbound logistics with Data Center Operations and lab teams: receiving, inspection, asset tagging, staging, and hand-off for rack and install so hardware is test-ready the day it lands. * Maintain accurate, serial-level inventory of NPI assets across sites, including chain of custody, location, and disposition when programs close (redeploy to production, return to vendor, or scrap). * Manage engineering change requests that affect materials in flight and keep BOMs synchronized with what is physically on the floor. * Work with Technical Sourcing, Procurement, and Finance on quotes, purchase orders, budget tracking, and evaluation-to-purchase conversions for platforms that pass qualification. * Serve as day-to-day point of contact for OEM, ODM, and silicon-vendor logistics and account teams on NPI shipments, RMAs, and firmware or component swaps. * Establish and continuously improve NPI materials processes, templates, and dashboards; define and report metrics such as on-time material availability and program readiness. * Capture lessons learned from each NPI cycle and feed them back into sourcing strategy, standard configurations, and the production procurement process. Required: * 5+ years of experience in materials management, NPI, supply chain, or hardware program operations, with direct experience supporting hardware engineering in a data center, hyperscale, cloud, AI/HPC, or server OEM/ODM environment. * Hands-on familiarity with data center hardware — GPU and CPU server platforms, storage systems, network switches, optics, and power — and how it is configured, racked, cabled, and deployed. * Proven experience managing BOMs, purchase orders, and multi-site inventory in an ERP or asset management system. * Track record of coordinating across Engineering, Program Management, Sourcing, and Operations to hit hard dates on several concurrent programs with shifting priorities. * Experience working with vendors on sample and evaluation hardware, lead times, allocations, RMAs, and loaner terms. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable owning serial-level accuracy across hundreds of assets. * Clear written and verbal communication; able to give crisp status to engineers and leadership alike. * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred: * Experience supporting early-access or pre-release hardware programs with major silicon, server, or networking vendors. * Background in a lab or test environment where fixtures, cabling, optics, and ancillary equipment were part of your scope. * Familiarity with import/export, customs, and multi-site logistics across the US and Canada. * Experience building dashboards or light tooling (spreadsheets, BI tools, scripting) to track material status. At IREN, we offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes base salary, annual performance incentives, and opportunities to build long-term wealth through equity programs. These offerings are part of our broader total rewards package, thoughtfully designed to support your health, well-being, and long-term success. Compensation * The expected base salary for this role starts at $220,000-240,000k USD. * Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region. * Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, equity (long-term incentive). * Relocation or Living-out-allowance / per diem (as appliable and based on successful candidate circumstances) Health & Wellness * 100% company paid health insurance premiums (medical, dental, and vision) for employees, 75% company paid coverage for dependents * Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance * Voluntary life, critical illness, and accident coverage available * Health Savings Accounts (HSA) – when combined with the High Deductible Health Plan * Employee Assistance Program and wellness resources Retirement & Financial Wealth * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Access to financial planning and legal services Time Off & Leave Programs * Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Growth & Development * Internal skills training and advancement pathways * Professional development to support certifications, continuing education, or role related training Community & Culture * Company events and team-building activities We value diverse perspectives and believe that skills can be developed. IREN’s platform is underpinned by its expansive portfolio of grid-connected land and power in renewable-rich regions across North America, Europe and APAC. IREN is building data centers at pace, and we're looking for a Manager, Third Party Logistics & Warehousing to build the offsite warehousing network that keeps that program moving. Reporting to the Director, Warehousing, Inventory Control & Logistics, you'll select and manage our 3PL and warehousing partners, design the receiving, storage, staging and release processes at each facility, and own the accuracy of all inventory held offsite. This is a build role, not a maintenance one: you'll stand up storage capacity quickly, put repeatable SOPs and inventory controls in place, and lead the move from spreadsheets to a formal inventory management platform. While our Logistics Manager handles freight, customs and internal equipment movement, you own everything from the warehouse gate until material is released to site. If you want the autonomy to design something from scratch and see your work directly enable a major infrastructure build, this role is for you. With 100% renewable energy, we build, own and operate our data centers and take pride in being at the forefront of sustainable solutions for the ever-evolving applications of high-performance compute. We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way – responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in. Preferred: • Experience supporting data center, hyperscale, colocation or large industrial capital construction programs. • Familiarity with long-lead electrical/mechanical equipment (switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS, cooling systems) and IT hardware handling. • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or an equivalent supply chain credential. • Exposure to bonded warehousing, foreign trade zones, or import staging operations. • Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma or continuous-improvement methodologies in a warehousing environment. • Travel, as required (domestic, up to 30–40%)

Manage sourcing relationships and vendor performance for rack integration and installation to meet deployment timelines. | 12+ years in technical sourcing or procurement with strong negotiation skills and a bachelor's degree. Manage end-to-end commercial and operational relationships with OEM and ODM partners for server and storage hardware, driving procurement strategies and managing supply chain risks for AI data center deployments. | 8+ years in technical sourcing or supply chain management with compute or storage hardware experience, bachelor's degree, and experience in hyperscale or AI/HPC environments required. The Role IREN is looking for a Technical Sourcing Manager, Server & Storage Platforms to take full ownership of our most critical OEM and ODM relationships. This is not a support role — you’ll be the commercial and operational owner of multimillion-dollar partnerships, driving the negotiations, pricing strategy, and supply commitments that determine how fast IREN can build. If you love the adrenaline of a supply-constrained market, thrive on high-stakes negotiation, and want to see your work show up as racks going live in a live data center within weeks of your decisions — this is the seat for you. You’ll operate with real autonomy, direct executive visibility, and the mandate to shape how IREN sources Server & Storage Platforms at hyperscale. 1. 8+ years of experience in technical sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with direct experience sourcing compute or storage hardware from a major server OEM and/or ODM. 2. Proven track record sourcing server/compute or storage hardware in a data center, hyperscale, cloud, or AI/HPC environment. 3. Deep understanding of server architecture, GPU-based compute platforms, and component-level supply chains (CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, networking). 4. Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements and managing multimillion-dollar OEM and ODM relationships. 5. Battle-tested experience navigating supply-constrained/allocation-based markets (e.g., GPU shortages) and building mitigation strategies that actually work. 6. Sharp analytical instincts — comfortable building cost models, TCO analyses, and forecasts under pressure. 7. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; equally at home with engineering, operations, finance, and legal. 8. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1. Own OEM and ODM compute sourcing relationships end-to-end: commercial negotiations, pricing, quoting, contracting, and account governance. 2. Drive sourcing and procurement of compute & storage platforms — servers, GPU/AI systems, storage, and associated components — powering IREN’s AI compute rack build programs. 3. Stay ahead of a brutally supply-constrained market: track and manage allocation of GPUs, CPUs, memory, NICs, and power supplies, and get out in front of shortages before they become blockers. 4. Partner directly with Engineering, Data Center Operations, and Program Management to keep sourcing timelines locked in step with construction, provisioning, and go-live milestones. 5. Lead high-stakes RFQ/RFP processes, cost modeling, and total-cost-of-ownership analysis for major compute & storage hardware programs. 6. Negotiate master purchase agreements, pricing schedules, SLAs, warranty terms, and support/maintenance contracts that protect IREN’s speed and margins. 7. Track OEM and ODM product roadmaps closely and shape sourcing strategy around the next wave of CPU/GPU generations, chassis, and cooling designs before the market catches up. 8. Own supplier performance — delivery, quality, escalations, and quarterly business reviews — and hold OEM and ODM partners to a standard worthy of IREN’s growth. 9. Build and maintain demand forecasts with capacity planning and finance to drive purchase order timing and volume commitments. 10. Hunt for cost-savings and risk-mitigation opportunities: dual-sourcing, strategic buys, contract restructuring — anything that gives IREN an edge. 11. Keep sourcing records, contract documentation, and reporting sharp and audit-ready for internal stakeholders and leadership. Preferred 1. Existing relationships within a major OEM’s and/or ODM’s enterprise/infrastructure account team. 2. Experience sourcing for AI training/inference infrastructure at scale (thousands of GPUs). 3. Deep familiarity with data center commissioning timelines and how hardware delivery integrates with provisioning and rack integration schedules. Manage 3PL warehousing partners and build offsite warehousing network for data center build program. | 8+ years in warehousing/3PL management with team leadership and experience standing up new warehouse facilities. | Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote- TX | Department: Procurement | Reporting to: Head of Procurement | Work Location Type: #remote IREN is a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider, delivering large-scale data centers and GPU clusters for AI training and inference. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 8+ years of experience in warehousing, 3PL management, or inventory operations, including 3+ years leading teams and/or third party providers. • Demonstrated experience standing up new warehouse or 3PL facilities — site selection input, layout, SOP design and go-live. • Hands-on experience selecting and managing 3PL warehousing providers, including contract negotiation, SLA/KPI governance and cost control. • Strong working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control disciplines — receiving, put-away, cycle counting, stock accuracy, kitting and staging. • Practical WMS/ERP experience, including moving operations from manual or spreadsheet-based tracking onto a formal system. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to hold providers to account and work effectively across construction, engineering and finance teams. • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30–40% to warehouses, logistics hubs and active construction sites. Preferred: • Experience supporting data center, hyperscale, colocation or large industrial capital construction programs. • Familiarity with long-lead electrical/mechanical equipment (switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS, cooling systems) and IT hardware handling. • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or an equivalent supply chain credential. • Exposure to bonded warehousing, foreign trade zones, or import staging operations. • Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma or continuous-improvement methodologies in a warehousing environment. • Travel, as required (domestic, up to 30–40%) Offsite Warehousing Establishment • Identify, evaluate and stand up offsite warehousing capacity to support the U.S. data center build program, providing site selection, layout and capacity planning input to the Director. • Define the operating model for each facility — receiving, put-away, storage, staging, kitting and outbound release — and document it as repeatable standard operating procedures. • Establish material handling, storage, housekeeping and security standards, and ensure each location meets OSHA and company EHS requirements. • Run site readiness activities for new facilities: racking and yard layout, materials handling equipment, labour plans, signage and access control. • Manage facility cost, space utilization and scalability as project volumes ramp up and down across the build schedule. Third Party Logistics (3PL) Partner Management • Lead the selection of 3PL warehousing and value-added service providers — RFI/RFP, site audits, scope definition and commercial evaluation — in partnership with Procurement. • Negotiate and manage 3PL contracts, rate cards and statements of work, including storage, handling and accessorial charges. • Own day-to-day provider relationships and governance: service-level agreements, KPI reviews, escalation paths and continuous-improvement plans. • Validate and challenge 3PL invoicing and accessorials, and drive cost-reduction and productivity initiatives across the network. • Maintain a bench of qualified alternate providers so capacity can be added quickly in new regions or in response to schedule change. Warehouse Processes & Inventory Control • Implement and enforce receiving, inspection and discrepancy/damage-claim processes so that material is accurately recorded on arrival. • Own inventory accuracy at all offsite locations through cycle counting, stock reconciliation and root-cause correction of variances. • Support the Director's rollout of the formal inventory management platform and WMS across 3PL and company-operated sites, including requirements input, configuration, phased go-live and site-level training. • Apply item master, location hierarchy, asset tagging and serialization standards consistently across every offsite facility. • Report on warehousing KPIs — inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock, order fill, shrinkage, storage cost and space utilization. Material Flow & Site Support • Coordinate with the Logistics Manager so that inbound freight, customs clearance and internal equipment movements align with warehouse receiving and release windows. • Plan staging, kitting and sequenced release of materials to job sites in line with construction sequencing and just-in-time delivery requirements. • Manage the outbound release process from offsite warehouses to site, including documentation, chain of custody and proof of delivery. • Administer returns, surplus, redeployment and disposal of excess or decommissioned material. Commercial, Budget & Compliance • Build and manage the offsite warehousing operating budget, forecasting storage and handling spend by project and facility. • Partner with Finance on accruals, allocation of warehousing cost to projects, and visibility of inventory carrying cost. • Ensure warehousing operations comply with insurance, EHS, security and, where applicable, bonded or FTZ storage requirements. • Establish business continuity and contingency plans for critical offsite storage locations. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Lead, coach and scale warehouse supervisors, coordinators and 3PL site teams as the network grows. • Partner with Procurement, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Center Operations, Asset Management, IT and Finance to align material flow with capital project schedules. • Work alongside the Logistics Manager — who owns internal equipment movement, freight partnerships and customs clearance — to present a single, seamless physical supply chain to the business. • Deputize for the Director on warehousing and inventory matters as required. At IREN, we offer a comprehensive, market-competitive total rewards package designed to support employees’ well-being, career advancement, and financial wealth. Our offerings reflect our commitment to Proceed with Purpose while rewarding high performance and long-term growth. Compensation • Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region. • Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, equity (long-term incentive), project allowances • Relocation or Living-out-allowance / per diem (as appliable and based on successful candidate circumstances) Health & Wellness • 100% company paid health insurance premiums (medical, dental, and vision) for employees, 75% company paid coverage for dependents • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance • Voluntary life, critical illness, and accident coverage available • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) – when combined with the High-Deductible Health Plan • Employee Assistance Program and wellness resources Retirement & Financial Wealth • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Paid professional development and access to financial planning and legal services Time Off & Leave Programs • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Growth & Development • Professional development to support certifications, continuing education, or role related training Community & Culture • Company events and team-building activities We value diverse perspectives and believe that skills can be developed.
