Job Summary And Qualifications As a Registrar, you will be responsible for timely and accurate patient registration. You will also interview patients for all pertinent account information and verify insurance coverage. Job Responsibilities • Interview patients at workstations or at bedside to obtain all necessary account information. Job Summary and Qualifications As a work from home Inpatient Coding Specialist, you will review and evaluate hospital inpatient medical record documentation to assign, sequence, edit, and/or validate the appropriate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10- PCS codes. You will perform coding and/or code/DRG validation across multiple entities. What you will do in this role: • Collaborate with DT&I change team members, innovation locations operations team and facility stakeholders to understand the challenges involved in driving change and to execute large scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives • Create repeatable templates and approaches to equip stakeholders for change and promote user adoption using human-centered design methodology • Support the development and implementation of change strategies aligned to innovation culture goals • Assist in creating stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness plans • Coordinate and support the facilitation of engagement sessions such as workshops, feedback focus groups, and champion meetings • Partner with communications and education teams to develop materials that support innovation initiatives (e.g., toolkits, slide decks, infographics) • Develop clear, concise communication to promote awareness, understanding, and involvement in innovation culture programs • Execute change management culture strategy to realize DT&I transformation objectives • Execute assessments (e.g., culture surveys, readiness scans, leadership diagnostics) to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing measurement approach and change management framework to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement • Monitor adoption, usage, and feedback loops for innovation initiatives • Collect and analyze data related to innovation culture (e.g., culture survey results, participation in innovation programs) to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to DT&I’s culture change management strategy • Build dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that track progress against innovation culture change management goals • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional teams • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of cultural and leadership initiatives • Effectively navigate the HCA network across stakeholder groups and functional areas, to support innovation initiatives What qualifications you will need: • Bachelor Degree (I/O Psychology or related field) - Required • Master Degree (I/O Psychology or related field) - Preferred • 3+ years of experience in healthcare or organizational change management – Preferred • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL) and/or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) – Required • Current on Change Management trends (human centered, iterative methodology, product-centric change management - Preferred) • Ongoing Change Management Strategy execution • Change Impact & Change Readiness Assessments • Change Management Metrics Tracking experience • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time-management, and interpersonal collaboration skills • Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills, with an emphasis on quality/accuracy • Innovative problem-solving expertise • Comfort utilizing technology (to include AI) to solve problems and complete tasks • Ability to build, develop, and sustain relationships Licenses, Certifications, & Training: • Certification in Change Management: Generalist - Preferred Work Location/Schedule: • Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park) • Onsite: M-F, 8am – 5pm Travel Required: • This job may require up to 25% travel. This role will work as part of a cross-functional team to facilitate delivery of multiple interconnected data and analytics products and initiatives in service of the HR Group’s strategic priorities.
