Job Summary and Qualifications The AVP Compliance Analytics and Insights leads the data and analytics strategy in support of the Ethics and Compliance function and broader organizational priorities. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining a compliance data environment that ensures integrity, accessibility, and governance in alignment with DOJ guidance, applicable laws, and policies. The role blends compliance, operational, HR, financial, and other relevant business data to identify trends, predicts areas of potential risk, and develops actionable insights. The AVP Compliance Analytics will build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that enable proactive risk management, support program effectiveness, and inform enterprise decision-making. Job Duties: • Lead the development and execution of a data strategy for Ethics & Compliance that aligns with organizational objectives and regulatory expectations. • Establish and maintain data governance standards for compliance-related data. • Develop predictive and prescriptive models to anticipate potential compliance risks. • Create and maintain KPI and KRI frameworks to measure the effectiveness of the Ethics & Compliance program. • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., ethics line, investigations, training, HR, operations, audit, financial) to identify trends, correlations, and emerging risk areas. • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for leaders at all levels. • Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance domain leaders (e.g., investigations, education/training, privacy, and service line support) to understand data needs and design relevant analytics. • Serve as a key liaison between Ethics & Compliance and enterprise data/analytics teams. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 2 years of experience supporting compliance, legal, risk, audit or internal controls function (or equivalent experience in a highly regulated environment). • 5+ years in management • Experience in a highly regulated industry (healthcare, financial services, energy) - Preferred • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical techniques (e.g., using Python) - Preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. • Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, MS in Analytics or Data Science) - Preferred • Proven experience designing and building dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
