Job Description Captured Test Fleet Program Lead - Company Vehicle Operations is responsible for planning and execution of Captured Test Fleet programs and retrofit of MVB - Saleable vehicles. Major Responsibilities: Coordinate all pre-delivery processes required for incoming vehicles Ensure vehicles reach users as requested and prioritized Manage vehicle usage plans and implement changes as required Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality issues on incoming vehicles Review retrofit worksheets for completeness Build retrofit repair matrix and maintain updates on shared drive Single point contact for retrofit repair technicians Additional Job Description: Required Skills: Demonstrate automotive knowledge related to function, software, parts, assembly and repair Understanding of Global Vehicle Development Process High level of interpersonal skills - ability to work well with others Project management, planning and organizational skills 3 Years of Exp required. Education and Preferred Skills: Undergraduate degree required Knowledge of Company Vehicle Operations programs, policies and procedures Experience with GM systems: eCVMS, Global Warranty, VTIMS, SPS Familiar with ONS report Experience with EV charging and technology Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Global HQ Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business] Relocation: This job is not eligible for relocation benefits.
