What We Do This role is a training-first position focused on educating and developing title agents, Realtors, and internal partners at all levels of industry knowledge. The Trainer designs and delivers impactful learning experiences that strengthen understanding of title, settlement, and real estate concepts and improve real-world performance. Underwriting experience is not required for this role. What We Do The Product Manager II, GIS Data Products owns the end-to-end customer experience for First American’s GIS data products. This role is accountable for translating customer needs into product requirements, shaping and packaging GIS layers, and orchestrating cross-functional execution across Product, Data, Platform, and Sales to deliver reliable, discoverable, and valuable map-ready data products. The Product Manager is responsible for synthesizing insights, prioritizing outcomes, defining requirements, and ensuring the delivered layers perform in real customer workflows from onboarding through ongoing use. Key Outcomes Customers can access and use First American GIS layers/services in open-sourced GIS tools (e.g., QGIS), open standards (e.g., OGC API’s) and Esri workflows with clear value and minimal friction. A coherent, versioned layer catalog is maintained, mapping each layer to a customer needs and the attributes required to deliver value. What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or adjacent role Demonstrated ability to work closely with the Domain Product Owner, across multiple teams and a wide customer base Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to organize large amounts of information and glean insights, define problems, and identify root causes Strong written and oral communication skills to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements Preferred knowledge in training and education (CE/CLE), LMS systems analysis and support, and fraud prevention or similar experience. Pay Range: $82,925 - $110,525 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
