The Senior Business Systems Analyst will document business processes and identify system requirements to deliver exceptional user experiences. They will act as a liaison between the user community and technical staff, driving process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role and demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills. Preferred knowledge includes training and education systems analysis and fraud prevention.

We are looking for a curious, empathetic, and proactive Senior Business System Analyst who is excited to work through ambiguity and deliver exceptional user experiences and lasting value to our customers. What You’ll Do: Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. Identify business system requirements and related business/application solutions over a complete business process. Technical and implementation focus is on providing standard and customized applications to resolve business needs/issues. Develop new customizations with design, documentation, testing and training. Conduct business process evaluations to gain technical knowledge of business requirements. Be a strategic partner and liaison between the user community and the technical applications development staff. Define business processes, ensure system alignment, and resolve system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly. Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives across teams and the organization. What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or adjacent role Demonstrated ability to work closely with the Domain Product Owner, across multiple teams and a wide customer base Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to organize large amounts of information and glean insights, define problems, and identify root causes Strong written and oral communication skills to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements Preferred knowledge in training and education (CE/CLE), LMS systems analysis and support, and fraud prevention or similar experience. Pay Range: $82,925 - $110,525 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
