You'll be introducing new people to a career in accounting and teaching them how they can land their first position in bookkeeping or AR/AP by going through our affordable online course. These videos are simple text-on-screen videos and don’t require talking into the camera or any previous content creation experience. Only a smartphone is needed. CourseCareers is going to assist with everything. This includes sharing exact guidance on filming, writing scripts, and providing ongoing support and feedback. You must be located in the US or Canada. What You'll Need • Must have previous experience working in accounting or bookkeeping. Preferably, currently working in the role. • Previous experience creating TikTok content is a plus, but not required. Compensation The compensation is $500 for 30 simple TikTok videos plus a 45% affiliate commission on all course sales. Based on previous creators, you can expect around $4,000/month in affiliate commissions after your first month from 2-3 hours of work per week, and top creators can make up to $20,000/month. In addition to making a significant income on the side, you'll also be building your personal brand on social media and generating a following for yourself. We're looking for a YouTube Producer who can manage the production of 100 high-quality, educational talking-head videos per month. This is a remote full-time position with a base salary plus a monthly bonus based on video performance. Example video titles you'd be producing include: • What is Procurement? (Supply Chain for Beginners) • FASTEST Way to Learn Supply Chain and ACTUALLY Get a Job • How to get your first AutoCAD Drafting job in 2025 (Starting From Zero) • Finally, an Online Certification That's More Valuable Than a Degree (seriously, MUCH MORE) Most videos will be 7-15 minutes long with a single camera angle and scene. Our goal is to consistently post over 400 YouTube videos across 40 channels per month. If you're successful in this position, there's an opportunity to make a substantial amount of money. What You’ll Do You'll be in charge of the entire production of 100 YouTube videos per month. This includes working with 10 creators, each posting 10 videos/month on their channels. You will: • Choose all the video titles for each of their channels based on what is currently working on YouTube, their audience, and what will convert. • Coordinator with the 10 creators to refine titles, scripts, recordings, edits, etc. • Hire and manage a scriptwriter in charge of writing all 100 scripts per month, utilizing advanced AI tactics. Review all scripts. • Hire and manage a thumbnail designer in charge of creating all 100 thumbnails + variations per month. Review all thumbnails. • Hire and manage editors in charge of editing all 100 videos per month. Review all edits. • Manage the production schedule of all videos and post them across the creators' channels in a regular weekly cadence, ensuring all 100 videos are published per month. What You'll Need • 1+ year of previous experience as a producer or editor in charge of creating high-quality educational talking head videos. Please do not apply without this experience. • Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, current trends, titles, thumbnails, and edits • Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to learn how to scriptwrite utilizing AI and manage the content creation process • Very detailed and process-oriented to be able to manage this complex 100+ video/month operation • Desire to work in a high-pressure, results-only environment • Must be able to work 40+ hours per week Compensation • $45,000 per year • There's a monthly bonus pool based on the profit CourseCareers makes from YouTube each month.
