Our students are career changers looking for realistic, entry-level opportunities — and coaching helps bridge the gap between coursework and landing the job. About the Role We’re looking for part-time Procurement Career Coaches to support students through live workshops and optional 1:1 coaching. This is not a traditional employment role and not a guaranteed-income position. It’s a flexible, paid opportunity best suited for professionals who want to mentor, teach, and build a small coaching practice on the side — with upside if students choose to work with you. How This Role Actually Works You host a live, one-hour workshop (seminar-style) for students You are paid $50 for your workshop + Private business you acquire Ability to receive exclusive coaching offers if you prove your abilities Workshops are used to provide value, answer questions, and showcase your expertise If students choose to book you for 1:1 coaching, you keep the coaching revenue You set your own availability and working hours There is no requirement to convert students, workshops are paid regardless, but conversion is where upside comes from. Responsibilities Host a live, one-hour workshop, on a monthly basis Answer student questions related to the field and job search Share real-world insight into what entry-level roles actually look like Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it What We’re Looking For 3+ years of professional experience in the field Interest in mentoring and helping career changers Strong communication and teaching ability Availability at least three evening per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday Self-starter mindset — comfortable running your own workshops Ideal Fit This role is a great fit if you: Enjoy teaching and mentoring Want flexible, side income Like the idea of being paid to teach — with optional upside Don’t need guaranteed hours or full-time income Compensation $50 per one-hour workshop (One per month guaranteed) Unlimited upside from 1:1 coaching sessions you convert No caps, no quotas, no minimums
