What you will be doing: Project Management • Lead end-to-end management of enterprise-wide change projects, overseeing scope, schedule, resources, deliverables, and retrospectives. • Maintain schedules, dependency maps, milestones, and status updates for project visibility. • Run governance activities (standups, reviews, steering updates) and prepare related materials and follow-ups. • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and decisions; establish clear escalation paths. • Maintain orchestration assets (templates, playbooks, records). • Build and manage dashboards to track milestones, adoption, and business impact. • Publish weekly status summaries and quarterly executive-ready reports. • Define roles, manage handoffs, and align dependencies across teams and partners. • Manage project communications, updates, decision summaries, and feedback channels. • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and audit standards.
