This role will reimagine, set the strategy for, manage and scale our client’s technology alliance partner program— with a focus on enabling integrations, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and delivering customer outcomes across digital workspace, endpoint management, and virtualization solutions. The ideal candidate has experience building technology partner programs, a strong grasp of the end-user computing and UEM ecosystem, and proven ability to foster alliances that generate measurable business impact. This is a full time salaried position that is open to a remote worker with the U.S. What you will do: Program Strategy & Development • Analyze and evaluate the current program framework • Make recommendations to channel leadership on how to evolve and enhance the program to align with their strategic vision for overall partner growth • Define partner requirements, benefits, and progression criteria across ISVs, OEMs, device makers, and security providers. • Lead the redesign and operationalize the technology alliance partner program, • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure scalable onboarding, certification, and technical validation processes to ensure seamless partner integrations. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support solution validation, technical integrations, and joint innovation. • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver partner-led solutions and enable the field on joint GTM strategies. • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to structure scalable agreements, incentives, and reporting models. Program Operations & Measurement • Establish KPIs to measure partner success, including integrations completed, joint pipeline, customer adoption, and certifications. • Implement partner dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into program health. • Manage program budgets and resources to maximize ROI and partner satisfaction. What you bring: • 5–7+ years of experience in partner program management, alliances, or ecosystem strategy in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud environments. (REQUIRED) • Proven track record of designing and scaling technology partner programs that drive integrations and revenue. (REQUIRED) • Experience managing alliances with global device manufacturers (Samsung, Apple, etc.), security vendors (Okta, CrowdStrike, Entrust, OPSWAT), and ISVs. • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and digital workspace integrations. • Strong knowledge of digital workspace, unified endpoint management, identity & access management, and virtualization markets. • Strong presentation skills, with ability to influence senior executives internally and externally. • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. • Analytical and process-oriented, with experience defining KPIs and operationalizing partner success. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment while balancing strategic and tactical execution. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA a plus.
