In this role, you will oversee enterprise-wide change management projects for the Change & Readiness team in the client’s People Strategy & Operations (PSO) Organization, ensuring initiatives are planned, prioritized, resourced, and executed transparently. This role standardizes processes, manages dependencies, and delivers executive insights for greater predictability, speed, and value. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the ET/ CT time zones in the United States. What you will be doing: Project Management • Lead end-to-end management of enterprise-wide change projects, overseeing scope, schedule, resources, deliverables, and retrospectives. • Maintain schedules, dependency maps, milestones, and status updates for project visibility. • Run governance activities (standups, reviews, steering updates) and prepare related materials and follow-ups. • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and decisions; establish clear escalation paths. • Maintain orchestration assets (templates, playbooks, records). • Build and manage dashboards to track milestones, adoption, and business impact. • Publish weekly status summaries and quarterly executive-ready reports. • Define roles, manage handoffs, and align dependencies across teams and partners. • Manage project communications, updates, decision summaries, and feedback channels. • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and audit standards. Project Management Process & Tool Implementation • Assess needs, define requirements, and select project management tools and processes. • Develop and document standardized workflows and best practices. • Support tool configuration, testing, and pilots; refine based on feedback. • Train team members on new tools and processes and serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and updates. • Monitor adoption and engagement; provide ongoing support. • Collect feedback and iterate to improve processes and tools. • Track success metrics and drive continuous improvement.
