Channel Impact is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our client’s Program Management Office (PMO). The right candidate will bring both channel partner expertise and proven PMO experience within the high-tech industry. This role will help the PMO leader to develop, design and formalize the PMO processes, and oversee the successful delivery of programs that support their channel strategy and business objectives. This individual will play a critical role in driving cross-functional alignment, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling growth through our client’s partner ecosystem . This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U. S. What you will • do:Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, best practices, and reporting standards across the channel organizati • on.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that align with company and partner ecosystem goa • ls.Collaborate with channel partner teams (sales, marketing, operations, alliances) to design, implement, and track partner programs and initiativ • es.Lead change management and design effective communicati • onsDrive operational efficiency by creating repeatable processes, dashboards, and metrics for executive reporti • ng.Facilitate alignment between internal stakeholders (product, engineering, sales, finance, marketing) and external partners to ensure successful execution of strategic initiativ • es.Provide program updates, risk assessments, and performance insights to senior leadersh • ip.Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time and on-scope delive • ry.Champion continuous improvement within the PMO, ensuring scalability and adaptability in a fast-paced high-tech environme nt. What you br • ing:7+ years of experience in Program Management, with at least 3 years in a PMO role within the high-tech industry.
