Bayforce is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join their team and support critical IT divestiture initiatives within the IT Separation Management Office. This role involves managing project intake requests, tracking project status, and providing detailed project follow-up and coordination across deal teams. Responsibilities • Manage intake requests, track project status, and maintain RAID logs. • Provide detailed project follow-up and coordination across deal teams. • Support weekly status reporting and updates to financial forecast vs. budget. • Assist with onboarding program resources and maintaining budget/forecast information. • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings. • Prepare and deliver project status reports as requested. • Collaborate with SMO team members and provide operational support as needed. Position: IT M&A Lead Location: Remote (CST time zone preferred) Duration: 12 months (with potential extensions up to 18 months or more) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT M&A Lead to support Corporate Development and Global IT Teams in the execution of IT merger, acquisition, joint venture formation, and divestiture projects. This individual will lead cross-functional IT teams to deliver complex M&A programs within rigorous transaction time frames, focusing on application systems integration/separation and infrastructure readiness. This role requires a highly skilled communicator and a seasoned program/project management leader capable of directing application and infrastructure project managers across global, multi-disciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and monitor multiple smaller projects or one large program through the M&A transition process. • Direct work/projects, manage cost/schedule elements, resources, communications, reporting, and change management. • Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple M&A program components. • Maintain and enforce program methodologies, procedures, and policies aligned with M&A rules and guidelines. • Track and report progress of M&A program components to ensure goals, schedules, budgets, and benefits are achieved. • Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders. • Evaluate, supervise, and support multiple projects simultaneously. • Assist in establishing IT M&A program one-time cost estimates. • Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and per specifications. • Support vendor selection and management (scope, planning, milestones, deliverables, quality control, and invoice approvals). • Drive program planning and control from an operational perspective, focusing on core activities and global plan consolidation. Requirements: • Bachelor s degree required; Advanced degree in IT-related field or MBA preferred. • 12+ years Program Management experience required. • 3 5 years supervisory experience overseeing large-scale projects, global teams, and project managers. • Proven experience leading large IT M&A deployments or separations preferred. • Advanced program management skills in complex IS/business environments, coordinating multiple teams across locations and time zones. • Deep project management experience managing large-scale, global implementations. • Expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills with the ability to create consensus and mitigate conflicts. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for all levels of stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural, global environment. • Self-motivated with the ability to work under ambiguity and aggressive timelines. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and internal clients.
