Role Title: Sr. IT Project Manager Duration: 1 year+ Preferred Location: Prefer local to Milwaukee but open to remote with travel Role Description: The Sr. IT Project Manager will lead and coordinate the cross-functional IT enablement required to retrofit the plant to support Supercapacitor production. This role is accountable for planning and delivery across applications, plant/shop-floor systems, data/integration, and site infrastructure, ensuring project outcomes meet schedule, scope, quality, and stakeholder expectations. Promote and enforce IT PMO methodologies and delivery standards (charter, phase gates, RAID, financials, reporting). • Own the integrated project plan across IT workstreams and partners; manage dependencies between business readiness and IT deliveries (plant floor, supply chain, warehouse, finance, quality). • Provide consistent executive-level status reporting, risk/issue escalation, and steering committee materials. You will coordinate delivery planning, requirements, execution, and cutover readiness across the following areas- ERP, EDI/Integration, MOM/MES, EAM, Data & Analytics & plant infrastructure Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing/plant environment with cross-functional teams (IT + Operations + Supply Chain + Finance). • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise application and plant enablement initiatives involving ERP and operational execution systems (e.g., MES/SCADA) and integration dependencies. • Strong financial, schedule, and risk/issue management discipline; able to drive vendor delivery and stakeholder alignment under aggressive timelines. • Project management certification (PMP / PRINCE2 / APMP) preferred. Preferred / Nice-to-have • Familiarity with SAP and ERP • Experience with EDI, supplier/customer transaction flows, and plant traceability/labeling processes. • Experience with IBM Maximo (EAM) and/or manufacturing ops platforms (MES, Quality/SPC, warehouse systems). • Experience coordinating analytics/reporting solutions (PowerBI/Snowflake) and supply chain exception reporting.
