Key Responsibilities Website Program Management • Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of retailer websites within a certified digital marketing program • Ensure accuracy of incentives, offers, and content across all sites • Maintain compliance with brand standards and optimize overall user experience Digital Tools & Retailing Platforms • Manage digital retailing solutions to support seamless online purchase experiences • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and support retailer adoption • Oversee deployment and updates of integrated tools such as chat, trade-in, social, and reputation management Inventory & Content Operations • Coordinate vehicle/product inventory imagery and ensure timely, high-quality uploads • Partner with vendors and retailers to maintain consistent and accurate digital merchandising Business Listings & Local Presence • Ensure retailer business listings are accurate and consistent across all digital platforms • Optimize listings to improve local search visibility and build customer trust Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with marketing, IT, analytics, and vendor partners to align digital initiatives • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and retailer stakeholders • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve program performance Process Improvement & Operations • Drive enhancements to reporting tools, dashboards, and internal workflows • Support data integrity, compliance processes, and customer database management • Manage budgets, invoicing, and vendor coordination efforts Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or retail/digital programs • Experience managing multiple platforms such as CMS, inventory systems, and digital tools • Strong understanding of SEO, local listings, and digital retailing best practices • Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders • Experience working with vendor partners or agencies preferred Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
