Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Data Analyst 1 positions located in (Remote) Morrisville, NC 27560 Job Title: Data Analyst 1 Location: Morrisville, NC 27560 (Remote) Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Rate: $ 40.82/HR. Duration: 10+ Months Contract (Temp to Hire) • The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to help the organization make informed business decisions. • This role involves transforming data into actionable insights, developing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. • The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with data tools and visualization techniques. Key Responsibilities: • Data Collection & Management: • Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy. • Business Support: • Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations. • Process Improvement: • Identify data-related process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. • Data Governance: • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role. • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar). • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
