Responsibilities: • Operational Transformation: Leverage data-based strategies to define organizational goals, identify performance gaps, advise on closing gaps, predict future demand, and lead transformation initiatives • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different departments and stakeholders (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of assigned initiatives. • Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and reporting on progress to ensure strategic goals are being met. • New Offers Ideation: Identify and prioritize high growth professional services opportunities with sustainable revenue and profitability potential • Competitive Analysis: Gather competitive intelligence about what our competitors are offering and developing, to anticipate the need for offers’ enhancements. • Financial Acumen: Develop fully integrated business cases based on market opportunity, competitive intelligence, customer value and financial impact. • PMO Best Practices: Establish, monitor, and maintain strong adherence to a Project Management Office (PMO) framework and processes around Technical Delivery for maximizing project success and ensuring strategic alignment with GCC’s best practices. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
