This role includes proactively identifying and cultivating new revenue opportunities and developing strategic actions to support top line growth in remanufacturing and other channels. Your profile as Senior Sales Manager, Powertrain: • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience required. • Minimum 10 years of OEM and/or OES customer facing sales, program or project management experience, including commercial negotiations required. • Extensive OES and aftermarket knowledge is desired. Background in automotive industry and technologies is necessary. Sales and marketing experience is required. • Experience in a global matrix organization. • Excellent analytical, financial, commercial, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required and SAP skills are desired. • Ability to travel ~30%. • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future. The expected base compensation for this role is $139,600.00 - $174,500.00 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
