Description: Join ZF’s diagnostics team to lead the launch and ownership of a new vehicle diagnostics software platform focused on commercial vehicles.Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new vehicle diagnostics software.Translate market and customer requirements into actionable implementation plans for internal and external product & development teams.Manage all aspects of the product launch, including legal, customer support, documentation, and internal readiness.Drive cross-functional collaboration across global product, engineering, legal, and support teams.Own and communicate project delivery timelines and updates for diverse stakeholder groups, including executive leadership.Partner with product managers and business leaders to shape and execute the overall diagnostics strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.Proven experience in software product launches, ideally in B2B or industrial markets.Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, preferably in commercial vehicles.Ability to work independently and in ambiguous or new situations.Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.Experience managing customer transitions to rearchitected SaaS products, including changes in licensing and user management.Familiarity with software development concepts (APIs, licensing, enterprise integrations); technical depth not required.Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
