Job description: Job Description About the Team Lead projects resulting in delivery of new diagnostics and fleet management products to the North American market across passenger car and commercial vehicle segments. Collaborate with global and cross functional stakeholders, create and manage detailed go-to-market (GTM) plans, manage development with partners & vendors. The position would require a hybrid schedule at our Auburn Hills, MI office. What you can look forward to as Digital Business Project Manager: • Create detailed GTM plans for digital product launches and customer transitions to new products in alignment with business and product strategy. • Execute GTM plans working collaboratively with global product & development teams and all launch functions – legal, marketing, customer support. • Translate customer experience requirements into software product implementation requirements for development partners – internal and external. • Create project delivery timeline & update communications for diverse and large stakeholder groups, including executive leaders. • Partner with product managers and leaders on overall business and product strategy development and execution. Your profile as Digital Business Project Manager: • Bachelor's Degree required. • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience • Ability to work independently and in ambiguous or new situations. • Self-starter and highly motivated. • Project management experience • Proven ability to communicate with clear messaging and tailored to audience • Entrepreneurial attitude & strong business acumen • Experience in or around commercial vehicle service industry (preferred) • Proven experience managing customer transitions to rearchitected SaaS products, including navigating changes in software delivery, licensing, and user management processes • Familiarity with software development concepts, including APIs, licensing, and enterprise system integrations; technical depth not required.
