Interpret and assess plan documents, financial data, contribution strategies, vendor contracts, compliance materials, and government filings (e.g., Form 5500). Develop financial models and reporting using WTW templates and standards. Draft and present comprehensive due diligence reports with clear findings, risks, cost implications, and recommendations. Internal & External Collaboration Work closely with subject‑matter experts across HR operations, payroll, actuarial, legal, compliance, and retirement teams.
