This seasonal position is designed to assist during peak periods, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and contributing to overall client satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding benefits plans and coverage. - You will assist clients in understanding their benefits options and resolving any issues or discrepancies. - You will process benefits-related documentation accurately and efficiently. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - You will support the team during high-volume periods to meet service level agreements. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and escalate issues as needed. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in benefits or insurance. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks. - You have basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
