Description As a Customer Delivery Executive, you are responsible for leading and managing the delivery of services and projects to customers, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards while building strong customer relationships. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing relationships and expectations, and driving the overall success of the customer engagement. This role requires you to be onsite at the client's location 5 days per week. Responsibilities Client and Stakeholder Management: Cultivating strong relationships with clients and C-suite stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership with Verily. End-to-End Program Delivery: Managing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring clear deliverables and proactive risk mitigation to deliver value to clients. Internal Coordination and Leadership: Leading and motivating internal teams to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality work that aligns with client goals. Risk and Quality Management: Identifying, communicating, and proactively addressing potential project risks and issues while ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards. Strategic Communication: Providing clear and effective communication on project status, risks, and value delivery to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements, with a deep understanding of the healthcare provider market. Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology programs. Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships, both internally and externally. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach. Preferred Qualifications Experience with complex software and service offerings, specifically with processes involving multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to work with Academic Medical Centers and other healthcare institutions. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to collaborate, learn, and grow. Proficiency with Google productivity applications like Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000 - $252, 000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and build upon foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders to enable quality solution delivery and customer health. Responsibilities • Build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders to understand strategic goals and drive product adoption. • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, including meeting preparation and follow-up. • Create and configure success plans that align use cases with customer objectives. • Secure renewals and identify new revenue opportunities to achieve growth targets. • Drive the escalation and resolution of client issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Minimum Qualifications • 10+ years of experience managing a book of existing clients as a Customer Success Manager or similar role. • 5+ years of experience managing high-value, complex, and strategic partnership accounts. • Customer-centric with a strong focus on driving customer outcomes and achieving objectives. • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship management abilities. • Data-driven, highly organized and accountable with a strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working within or as a partner to federal or state government agencies, or within the public sector. • Experience with laboratory operations and/or diagnostics.
