Approximately 10% of all dialysis patients reside in a SNF and are transported to dialysis three times a week placing a significant burden on patients and adding significant avoidable costs to the health care system - and we are changing that! The Manager of Clinical Services functions to varying degrees to achieve the best quality outcomes, patient safety, and support to improve patient centered care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assists in the development, review, revision, and roll out of clinical policies and procedures and/or education materials; including training and monitoring the implementation of clinical policy and procedures Participates with the Regional Director and Regional Operations Manager in the proactive identification and development of facility specific education and outcome goals, and implementation of programs to reach goals Coordinates the review and investigation of risk events and participates in the plan of correction and follow-up requested.
