Posting Date 08/29/2025 2000 16th ST, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America The Clinical Services Manager functions to varying degrees to achieve the best quality outcomes, patient safety and support to improve patient centered care. The individual functions of each teammate may vary depending on the needs and structure of their Division ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the development, review, revision, and roll out of clinical policies and procedures and/or education materials; including training and monitoring the implementation of clinical P&P in the facility Participates with the Regional Director and Facility Administrator in the proactive identification and development of facility specific education and outcome goals, including implementation and monitoring of the goals to achieve desired results Coordinates the review and investigation of risk events and participates in the plan of correction and follow-up requested. This includes participating in the QA/QI meetings regularly to ensure areas for improvement are proactively addressed Performs facility audits as indicated or scheduled and provide support to the Facility Administrators and Regional Directors, including education of deficiencies in developing a plan of correction and resolution of deficiencies Ascertains specific training needs in the division/region and implement a plan to address these needs, which may include providing continuing education and in-services/materials to teammates and patients to improve knowledge base and meet regulatory and safety requirements, on an as needed basis Other duties as assigned. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS Education to commensurate with RN license or status as a Registered Dietitian Bachelor’s degree in associated field Minimum 2 years (3 yrs. Preferred) Nephrology Experience Experience in CQI methodology and techniques Basic understanding of state and federal regulations and requirements Experience in teaching the adult learning with demonstrated ability to communicate technical/medical information in lay terms Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create presentations and use the internet effectively CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS Current license as LPN or RN in state pf practice CNN or CSN, Bonet Certification within 2 years of employment Current driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record What We’ll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
