Summary of Position The Client Operations Manager supports the Client Manager in managing relationships with mid-to-large strategic clients, aligning with client and team needs. Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on compliance. In-depth knowledge of relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks. Experience conducting compliance assessments, audits, and gap analyses. Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies. Strong critical thinking with proven ability to assess complex security scenarios and make timely, informed decisions. Effective communicator skilled at translating technical details and working across business and technical teams. Self-starter with experience managing multiple priorities independently in fast-paced settings. Qualifications Preferred for Position Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent.
