Summary of Position The Program Manager II role will have a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to increase transparency on important initiatives. The Program Manager II will partner closely with core teams to shape the program strategy, goals and plans and ensure tight alignment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that reflect organizational objectives. Lead development and drive execution of program work plans/timelines and integrated activity plans with milestones/goals, key events, and scenarios, as appropriate. Drive coordination of cross-functional activities and promotion of effective communications (e.g., Team meetings, program updates). Coordinate and participate in team and sub-team meetings, including the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and minutes where appropriate. Track project progress with respect to agreed scheduled milestones and activity both internally and externally when applicable. Partner with the team in the identification of risks and issues and timely resolution, including those related to timing, resources, and budget to prevent delays in project milestones. Apply best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of projects. Supports the development and execution of project plans, including monitoring of progress against measures of success and tracking of value relative to cost. The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs. Supervisory Responsibilities: No Required Qualifications 7+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of program management experience. Experience with project planning and timeline development. Experience with managing and communicating with internal stakeholders and collaborators with demonstrated collaborative ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail. Excellent presentation skills.
