In this role you will manage and grow Teladoc Health's relationship with major insurance companies (health plan payers) while building strategic relationships within your account base, across a matrix of roles and areas of expertise, including executive-level personnel. You will have the opportunity to expand Teladoc Health's reach within your accounts, driving revenue growth, product expansion and market development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Increase Teladoc Health market share by prospecting and identifying new opportunities within your account base • Develop quarterly reports that enable you to use data to construct a powerful story that defines Teladoc Health s value proposition, for presentation to executive-level clients • Develop an operating calendar, detailed account plan/forecast and account planning/mapping process • Work closely with internal partners including product, clinical, data science, implementation, reporting, legal and finance personnel to deliver on Teladoc Health s side of the strategic roadmap • Maximize, drive and achieve revenue and margin goals while staying within the allocated budget • Manage and deliver on issue resolution and customer satisfaction within your accounts • Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer s needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products and technologies The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs. Supervisory Responsibilities: No Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience within the health plan payer’s space • A proven track record of success with complex and strategic account management • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience advising, presenting to and persuading senior corporate personnel • A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel for work Preferred Qualifications • 2 – 3 years of experience with Federal Government/Military Healthcare • Experience transforming account productivity from volume-based to value-based results • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with highly talented professionals • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills • Start-up experience desirable • Technology and/or professional services experience a plus • Ideally, a master's degree in public health (not required) Required license or credential needed to perform job: N/A The above qualifications, knowledge, experience, and/or background are expected but not required for this role. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.
