Clinic hopes to occasionally offer 1 day per week remote but cannot guarantee this hybrid schedule every week. Candidate should prepare to be on-site 5 days per week and discuss further scheduling nuances with the manager.*** OVERVIEW: The Clerical Assistant performs a series of clerical or administrative support tasks based on knowledge of functional or department procedures. The Clerical Team is a support team for the Revenue Cycle Team in regard to scanning, printing, and loading files into EPIC. Clinic requires on-site scanning and printing and is looking for support with specific duties around returned mail process. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform routine clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones and distributing mail. • Perform processing tasks according to work unit procedures. Examples: • May enter, retrieve, and verify information from a computer. • May compose routine correspondence and compile routine reports. • Organize and maintain files. • Answer questions concerning work unit procedures. • Handle routine problems according to policies, procedures and precedent. • Demonstrate competency with all position related software programs. • Consistent use of AIDET system for excellent service.
