Responsibilities: This role will support US Portfolio and is responsible for planning and executing primary market research and working collaboratively with the research team across primary, secondary, and syndicated market research to help inform brand strategy and tactics. Primary responsibilities include: • Developing and executing market research for the portfolio, including timeline and budget. • Communicating with and aligning a wide range of internal stakeholders and external agencies on the objectives and to execute research and align around the findings and recommendations. • Manages all aspects of primary market research. • Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand and inform the business challenges and information needs, considers alternative methods, and proposes appropriate method, asking for input from team members when needed. • Applies best practices and innovative techniques to create the most valuable and actionable output. • Synthesizes results and creates an overall story about key findings and recommends appropriate actions. • Engages stakeholders in discussion of recommendations and appropriate actions to positively impact the business. • Works with the research and analytics team members to design complex analyses using available secondary data, syndicated reports and databases and integrates findings into primary market research efforts to tell and evolve the brand story.
