POSITION OVERVIEW Client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate/Vice President of Capital Markets to lead the company’s capital formation and financial structuring efforts. This role directly supports the structuring, negotiating, and execution of financing solutions across a portfolio of distributed generation solar and battery storage projects. This key member will work closely with the CEO and leadership teams to craft the financial narrative and interface directly with investors, lenders, and board members.
