Talisman Advisory Partners is seeking a Senior Air Quality Project Manager to lead and execute air quality projects for industrial clients. This role involves managing complex environmental projects, supporting business development initiatives, and driving regulatory compliance strategies. Responsibilities • Develop and manage air quality permitting and compliance projects for industrial clients. • Prepare proposals and support business development efforts for air quality and environmental consulting services. • Advise clients on federal and state air quality regulations, developing strategies to ensure compliance. • Liaise with state environmental agencies and the EPA on behalf of clients. • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and legal counsel to address clients’ air quality needs. • Advocate for clients by monitoring and communicating regulatory changes that impact their operations. • Represent clients at public meetings and hearings as needed. • Conduct emissions calculations and assess air emissions control technologies. • Participate in environmental compliance audits and ensure quality control of technical work. • Mentor junior staff to support professional growth and technical development. • Expand business opportunities by engaging with industry professionals, attending conferences, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
