You’ll work across our ecosystem of corporate and product websites. Your contribution will strengthen our digital presence and help drive consistent, high-quality content across global markets. Purpose of the Role: You’ll drive efficient content operations that elevate SOFTSWISS websites, directly improving brand visibility and marketing performance. You’ll optimise cross-team alignment and content quality to enhance SEO outcomes, engagement, and the overall effectiveness of our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Own the operational workflow of the Content Team. • Oversee company websites, including softswiss.com, events.softswiss.com, careers.softswiss.com, affilka.com, and more. • Help develop the monthly Content Plan, LinkedIn Newsletter Plan, Client Newsletter Plan, and coordinate content briefs with the SEO Team. • Plan, create, and delegate tasks across team members, tracking their execution. • Coordinates and delivers reporting and KPI tracking for the Team and the Head of Content Marketing. • Ensure the quality of the final draft copy produced by the Content Team and support other departments with copy review upon request. • Create content on request (e.g. internal support materials, cross-team initiatives, ad-hoc tasks). • Participate in development sprint planning; assign tasks related to website design, development, and copywriting; and attend bi-weekly SEO meetings. • Participate in and lead hiring and onboarding efforts when requested. • Act as the de facto and de jure deputy for the Head of Content Marketing during absences, vacations, etc. Required Experience: • Higher education in marketing, journalism, linguistics, or a related field (BA or MA). • Proficiency in English (C1 or higher). • Strong computer and technology skills. • Solid understanding of content and web metrics. • Good organisational and project-management skills. • Previous experience in copywriting, editing, and performance tracking. • Familiarity with digital tools: email and writing applications (Google Workspace), SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.), project-management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.), and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Search Console, etc.). Nice to Have: • Experience in iGaming, IT marketing, B2B marketing. • Languages: Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish. • Certified in CAE, CPE, CELTA, IELTS, TOEFL. • Knowledge of WordPress. • Proficiency in using ChatGPT. • Understanding of copywriting and design cycle processes. • Familiarity with project-management principles. • Experience collaborating with development teams. • Strong grasp of content, digital, and general marketing principles. This role requires close engagement with team dynamics, understanding of operational specifics, and active support of managers in people-related processes.
